Promenade View Interior (Freedom Class)

I stayed in 8313 on Liberty in June. I never heard any noise from Promenade.

We've stayed in multiple Promenade cabins on Voyager & Freedom class ships.  Never had an issue with noise even with the parties going on right down below.  We prefer deck 7 as it's easy to see everything but still easy access to everything on the ship.

We had 8283 on Liberty back in 2016 and had no complaints about noise.

Have stayed several times in promenade cabin. We always get deck seven.

with all the privacy concerns and closing the curtains defeating the whole view/window concept you would think they could make the windows one way or think of some other way to address the issue. Personally I prefer balconies but for the price have considered these.  I also really like the window seat. But, I always end up passing because of the privacy issues...
