Nov 10 Ovation from Sydney cruise to nowhere

Hi long time stalker very few posts. I am on Ovation cruise to nowhere with my gorgeous no 1 daughter for a much needed break.  I am platinum 1 point off Emerald.  Also we are cruising with 2 friends and 1 is terrified of cruising so I would like  their time on board to be fabulous as their partner loves loves cruising. I have been on Ovation once before and  loved the ship.

My 2 questions are - 

What time can I board? I realise my friends will need to wait for their designated boarding time.

 Is 270 or the Solarium Bistro open for lunch on boarding days .

My thought is 270 would be spectacular as you would be looking at bridge Milsons Point etc etc but if 270 not open Solarium would give u great views over city. Thank you in advance for your answers. Trilby xxx

Sounds like a sample cruise or booze cruise,2 nights?

Dont worry about the boarding time allocation,they don’t enforce it.

 If you turn up after 11:00 you should be able to go straight on.

Yes 270 will be open,get a roast beef roll ,a salad ,a sandwich and they usually have meat pies but you have to ask for them.

270 is quite peaceful,find a lounge chair and escape the madness.The library upstairs is even better and there’s a door into deck 6 not many people know about.

Up near the pool is fish&ships will be open to .It’s where Kung fu panda used to be.

Should be able to lunch in the buffet or at 270 (time dependent), boarding is best after lunch but I am sure you will want to get started as early as possible.
