The maple leaf is on their flag and is one of their national symbols.   
 

Just seen that the Leafs fired our X coach.  The reason he didn’t survive past the first round was because he really wanted the time off and the was part of the deal until Shanahan took over as GM
 

I wonder if our GM, Izerman, with bring him back to Detroit

 

I also heard a rumor that Don Cherry or Scotty Bowman may be the next head coach for  the Leafs after this season.
