I understand that what is left of the library is now in the Crow's Nest.  Are there any computers that passengers can use?

there is a room on lower Atrium level, 3 computers, one printer.

Computers are available for guests to use.  I don't recall the exact location of them, however.  You are correct that the so-called "library" is located in the Crow's Nest.  Lots of reference books, interactive informative screens, and, from what I saw in January, 2019, previously read books were being left on the shelves by guests.  Board games of different types were also available.

Computers are on deck 2 midship just to the right of the fellow in charge of Internet and the Navigator app.
