Ship time

It will be local time.  Almost (not always, but almost always) all of the time the ship time will be the same as the local time, so as not to confuse passengers when they depart the ship to explore.  For embarcation, it is always local time.  You can head to the pier after you check out at 11:00.  It will not be a problem.  Enjoy your cruise

It's local time, however I'd not worry about what time it says your check in time is. These are more of a suggestion to try to avoid everyone showing up at once. If you arrive earlier you won't be denied check in. We usually arrive between 10:30 and 11:00 regardless of what the Xpress pass says and it has never been an issue. Have a great cruise and order a Frozen Toasted Almond for me.🍹
