You need to send an email, I believe to community@cruisecritic.com. Preferably from the address you want to change from.

Actually, the correct process is to send an email to help@cruisecritic.com from your current Cruise Critic email address of record. Include your user name & the new email address. Ask for your current Cruise Critic email address of record to be changed to the new email address.
