Referendum Dec 19

There is a referendum on December 19, 2019 to disapprove a plan to build a dock in Georgetown.  The Port Authority is against it apparently.  A dock will bring larger cruise ships but will intentionally destroy coral reef.  It will also destroy the tendering industry.  The Vote No movement is vocal.  What think you?

First of all, I think it's none of my business since I don't live there.  It is for the residents there to decide.  In any case, the vote has been delayed.
