Carribean Cruise September 2020

Does anyone know why when you go to look for a Carribbean cruise during the month of September either no cruises are available or only a few that are only 4 day cruises? We were out with some friends last night and decided that we would like to do a 7 day in September and now can't find one. I've looked on Ncl as well as other sites. I just don't get it lol

My guess, and that's all it is, is that it's high hurricane season.  In the past, some cruises to the Caribbean in that timeframe had to be redirected north due to TS/or hurricanes so maybe NCL has decided to just go to different areas. 

 

Plus, some ships are still in Europe or on the way back to NA... .

It is one of the slowest months of cruises to the Caribbean.So they offer short low price cruises that people can take a chance that weather will not be a problem.

Also it is still Alaska season.

Also some of their ships are still in Europe. Getaway’s transatlantic from Barcelona to NY isn’t until December!

It's simple logistics...  Ships are still positioned in Europe, Alaska and beginning to do the Canada/New England  at this time...  Come late October you will see ships re-position to ports servicing the Caribbean.
