how to make photo in post smaller

Hi there,  I can manage to post photos in my photo reviews with no problem....  however, I tried posting a small photo on he cruise fashion board in answer to someone's question, & it came out huge....  is there a trick to making a photo post in a much smaller size?   Thanks in advance

After you inset the photo into a post double click/tap the photo. A properties from will pop up. Change the width as desired. The system will adjust the height to keep the same aspect ratio when you exit the field.

I cant make thst work on my phone, just the laptop

Didn't work on my Android phone. Does work on my Android tablet and pc. On higher resolution phones it may work if the phone is rotated into landscape mode.

Kind of works. Galaxy S9+

Issue is I can't get rid of the keypad when i turn the phone wirh a dialoguebox open. So i have a really tiny space to select picture. But the editor did pop up

Try using the Android back button, (below the screen, left or right depending on system). This should clear the keyboard without affecting anything else.

I've tried doing this (on a mac book)  so far, not having luck.   Decided I should resize before I try & insert into post.
