Juneau restaurant tips please?

Hi all,  we will be in Juneau from 7am to 10:30 in late May (on a Monday)  we have a whale watch with Jayleen's from 10 to 2,  plan on having lunch, then plan on making our own way to Mt. Roberts Tram....  looking for lunch recommendations....  I like good beer  (would love a local brew) & hopefully views...  cheeseburgers would be nice.... DH is not a fan of crab, so the crab shack is out.   thanks in advance!

Near the cruise dock with decent food and great views. Unfortunately the weather for our stop in Juneau last summer was rainy with a low ceiling so no floatplane activity to watch.

My vote is for the Hanger on the wharf. Last summer they had a web cam on the roof that you watch the float planes coma and go. Great place, we go there every year.

We were in Juneau last summer and also dined at the Hanger.  Both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals.  Another option in Juneau is Twisted Fish.

 

Alaskan Brewing Company is brewed in Juneau.  I am a wine drinker myself, but virtually every restaurant in Juneau which has a liquor license serves their beer.
