moncrystal Posted March 15, 2020 #1 Share Posted March 15, 2020 I'm wondering if anyone else was going to be sailing on Carnival's first day back (hopefully). On a side note, does anyone know what the cruise lines are doing for their crews while the ships are idle? Stay safe everyone!

Not sure about Carnival but parents talk to the room attendant from they Panama canal cruise on Facebook and Royal is weathering the 30 days at sea. With Canada closing the ports to all ship with over 500 people, won't they have to cancel (unless there is another stop at a foreign port)

Midwestgal Posted March 15, 2020 #6 Share Posted March 15, 2020 (edited) I have a feeling the cruise lines will be extending the 30 days to 45 or 60 of no sailing Edited March 15, 2020 by Midwestgal
joeyancho Posted March 15, 2020 #7 Share Posted March 15, 2020 According to an article by an actuary, this pandemic is not going to peak until June. Then it will take a while to wind down. I think April is optimistic.

If it isn’t we will be going.
