CANCELLED Cruise, but no Email from NCL yet

Am I the only one who hasn't received anything yet?   I booked with CAS, not a TA.

NCL cancelled our April 5th Encore and others on my roll-call have received their FCC email.

Nothing in my Spam, so I'm still waiting to get the email with my FCC computation.  I've also been checking and haven't seen my Cruise Next show back up on MY NCL.

I just reread your post.  I never saw it on My NCL, I was sent an email with the credit amount plus the amount of the extra 25%.  One email for me, and one for my partner.

Neither of us has received the Email with the FCC credit amount.

From reading on these boards, everyone else is reporting they HAVE received that email.  Can't figure out why they aren't sending one to us for our cancelled cruise.

Try calling them.  Select the option to book a cruise and tell the person you want to book another cruise but you don't know how much your credit is for!  They can look!

That's a good idea!   I book through NCL's Casinos at Sea and I know that their staff is overwhelmed now.

I've been trying to be patient, but I might have to give that a try.

That is what i did.  He verified that I had it coming but to wait for the email to book.  Once I got the email. we booked our next cruise.  I would tell them you don't want to miss the extra 20% off offer.  Then when you are ready, call the Casinos at Sea to book it, or keep the planner for the next cruise.

Thanks for the good idea!

I called NCL's main line and in less than a minute got to speak with a very nice agent.  Told him I am anxious to re-book (I am!) with all the good deals going on.    He checked, and my cancellation FCC has not been processed yet.  He sounded like that was not unusual, but from reading these boards I could swear I am the only one waiting😕

I'll have to go back to being (somewhat) patient.....

We're still waiting too.  Maybe it's a CAS thing.  Fortunately since it was comped, it's not a huge amount of $$$, so I can be patient for a bit.

Nice to hear (for me) that I'm not the only one!    Sorry you are waiting too.

Yes, we do not have a lot of $$ tied up, but do have two Cruise Next deposits we would like released from cancelled cruise.  I really would like to re-book while current promos with added OBC are available.  Currently says that promos will end on 3/31.  (I know...they might or probably will extend, but I would hate to miss it.)

Since we have to call the main CAS line to get another comp cruise,  that gives us Thursday, Friday, Monday & Tuesday.    As I understand it, in order to use those prior CN deposits, they have to have completed our cancelled cruise calculations.  Trying to be patient....

My NCL account still shows me sailing tomorrow. Other people on my sailing have already gotten their FCC email. So I called CAS today and was told that can’t be true as they only cancel you in day of sailing and 48 hours later I would get my FCC email.

Yes, others on my April 5th sailing got their FCC email several days ago.  My NCL still shows me sailing too  and I have gotten a couple of the automated 'Time to Check in...' emails in the last few days.

I am also on the April 5 cruise on Encore booked with CAS. I called CAS and they gave me any comp cruise and will apply my FCC or CN later on. Got all my offers and I upgraded knowing I might get more from the FCC (125%). You still have to pay a new deposit. I called also the regular line and they told me within 7-10 days it will show FCC on MyNcl.

I cancelled my Mar. 29th cruise on Mar. 13 and rec'd an email 2 days later with amount of the FCC.  I haven't rec'd another email, however, I just logged into MyNCL and my "coupon" for the exact amount has been posted to my acc't.

It must be used by 1 year from date of cancellation.

Just to add to this info;  the coupon is listed at the bottom of the page under "My Coupons and Credits"

There is a pop up next to this title:  Coupons can be applied to new reservations by selecting My Coupons and Credits as your payment type on the Cruise payment page. Coupons must be used in full and cannot be redeemed for less than their full value.

So, it appears I won't be able to the coupon to pay for my B2B already booked for Apr. 2021... sucks.  Need to rethink  this whole thing now.

I also was booked with CAS and have yet to receive anything as of this afternoon. I also would like to rebook as I can do the Haven for what our FCC is now (we won an Upgrade bid to the Haven, so that extra 50% will be nice).  My in-laws were on the same sailing, were not booked through CAS, and received their email Monday like most everyone everyone else.

I assume you are still waiting as well?

Thanks for sharing your experience!  I was feeling kind of lonely reading of the others who have received their email.

As the two CN certificates (500) pay the majority of my comped cruise, I really want to use them for a new deposit.   My FCC will only be about 200.     I'm hoping those prior CN will show up as available for me to use while the current promos are still running with the OBC.

Yes, still waiting & trying to be patient....

So interesting to hear that your in-laws received their email timely while we through CAS are still waiting.   And nice that you will get an extra bonus FCC on that upgrade ☺️   Might be good deals to be had on future upgrades as cruising starts up again.

I'm trying to decide whether to try booking something late summer (too optimistic?)  before our late October cruise, or book for next year.   My FCC will only be about $200 since it will be 125% .   Majority of my cruise paid by the two CN deposits.

And another day with nothing from NCL about the April 5th Encore they cancelled.

Others on my cruise reported receiving their FCC email on March 19th.    I was thinking I would immediately re-book, but now I think I'll be waiting.

I booked with CAS also, I was supposed to cruise tomorrow, I have heard nothing from them. I’m trying to be very patient. I think I can only stand it for a few more days though.

Have you seen your FCC yet?    (Your cruise was the week before mine)
