Finally got full refund for 3/15 Regal cruise, which I cancelled 3/11 and subsequently picked Option 2 on 3/27.  I haven’t checked for any FCC, but I know there will be unlimited drinks tonight!

Congrats! Definitely drinks.

If you did get your FCC, it is possible it has already been applied to a future cruise if you already had one booked.

Under the “Circle Savings/Cruise Credits” area I see my account number, but no FCC totals (zero or otherwise).  I assume I’m looking in the right place, and no, haven’t rebooked anything.

Yep - that is the location.

It’s now June 13th the day the Caribbean Princess was to leave the port in Ft. Lauderdale. This cruise was cancelled by Princess and we still have not received our full refund. We paid for the cruise via credit card. Were still waiting.

have you been told your account is settled?  The FCC amounts only show up when they have given them to you.
once I rebooked, mine went back to $0.

Thanks Coral and Dog for the help.  That makes sense and no I haven’t heard from PCL.  Until there’s some further clarity around COVID and my family’s schedules, I’m in not in a position quite yet to rebook anyway, so I can be patient on the FCC.

March 14th cruise on Sky.  We cancelled it on 3/7 and received our EZAir credits and taxes within a few days. We chose Option 2 and got FCC to show up on May 15th.  Princess processed our refund to our CC on 6/9.

Be sure you click the "view details" arrow under future cruise credits.  While my "Future Cruise Credits" says I only have $200 which is the amount of two future cruise deposits, when I view the details I see an additional entry labeled "Passenger Relations" in the amount of my refunded cruise fare.

Has anyone had their Out of Pocket items refunded? It sounds like a trend.

Cruise was to be Alaska 9/6/20. We cancelled 4/8/20 (before Princess cancelled the cruise). Received refund June 30th.

received refund from Alaska Airlines within 5 days of cancelling.

Was approved for a refund from Insure My Trip on 7/2 after providing proof of refund from Princess. Should receive that within 2 weeks.
