When cruise is cancelled , what happens to VISA points OBC?

Most here report that the OBC can be moved to another sailing, but getting any sort of refund/reinstatement might be difficult.

Our experience is that once an  BofA  Visa OBC has been created for a booking, it can't be reversed. If the booking is cancelled, for whatever reason, the OBC remains in limbo with that booking number. If you never make another booking then that is money lost forever. When you make a new  RCCL booking, you can call the RCCL Visa desk and request that the limbo OBC be reapplied to the new booking. Of course you would need the original booking number, the amount of the OBC, if you have it, the  approximate date you made the original request, as well as the new booking number before you call them.  They will ask you if you did it on line, or by email request. We have always done it on the BofA website direct. Their number is 888-305-4626

Good luck with the adventure.
