I once holidayed at Polperro but dont remember it too well as was still at school at the time so it was a long time ago.  Back then it was possible to drive in but I dont think that has been possible for many years, like lots of Cornish villages there are big carparks on the outskirts.

We just stopped there for a night. We could drive down to the B&B to drop off our bag but had to park the car overnight in the big carpark.

 

Such a charming village, and we had a great fresh seafood meal at a local restaurant.

Yes I have just looked it up and see its purpose has now changed.    When we were there (2014)  it was still producing flour

Yes, in Oatlands.  We stopped here on our way back to Hobart from the north coast.
