How long for FDC on cancelled cruise to be available again?

I just canceled a December cruise with Customer Relations so that the FCC sale by date could be extended. It was due to expire if I didn’t sale by February 2021. It is now extended until May 1, 2022.

I had a FCD on a June cruise.  The refund of taxes and FCC to my account were completed about mid July.  I kept waiting for my FCD to be put back in my personalizer.  I’ve called multiple times and sent a couple of emails.  I finally got someone who actually looked into it and informed me that my FCD were included in my FCC.  But I was told when I used the FCC on a booking that I could call and get the related OBC added to my booking.

Similar to me.  
if you have the FCD number it can be traced back. Mine was just reinstated as active  after being told it was refunded as FCC. My $$$ never worked out either way. Send another email to customer service. I put these restored FCD on my Dec 21 booking and asked for my $540 deposit back. I get $50 OBC now.
