In response, I asked if incoming orders should have been a big enough clue that they were open, and again asked why they waited 3 weeks before shipping. According to their very own terms, they are supposed to ship within 2 days. https://princesscruises.myshopify.com/pages/terms-of-service I posted a complaint on the fulfillment company's Facebook page, and that seems to have gotten their attention. In fact, they asked me to take down my complaint in their email to me today. It seems that millennials love to give themselves fancy titles like "online store logistics manager" even though they lack the knowledge or experience to do the job correctly. They were too busy to ship things, or let anyone know why they didn't ship, but they had plenty of time to post non-related stuff on the company's Twitter and Instagram pages.
