It is different ,but similiar, to the MYGP app, or the many other  apps in use by GPs. I think it is a belated attempt to have a standardized app for England (or perhaps UK as a whole). Take Kohima's advice and Google it.

I have found it in the Apple iphone app store, which also lists the myGP app. They are indeed different animals. Thank you everyone for your assistance.
