Looks like they are definitely changing Liberty OTS for Independence OTS then. As of yesterday when I was shopping cruises on royal's website, they were still selling the cruises as Liberty.

anybody know if she will sail as 95% vaccinated orunder the new Florida laws?

We are on the August 15 IOS sailing out of Galveston. We have sailed out of Galveston many times since RCCL is not sailing out of the west coast. We love the island and this class of ship. Although we really love the Oasis class and can't wait for Allure to show up.

On this cruise all passengers over 12 have to show proof of vaccination or verifiable medical exception so we expect with the reduced passenger numbers that they will be at 95%. Those who are not vaccinated need to be tested at the terminal prior to boarding and also prior to debarkation. Given what else is happening I am starting to think this will be the safest place to be for the week.
