If you are referring to the San Diego Santa Fe Depot, at 1050 Kettner Blvd, it's a 12 minute walk.

They are so close that you can see one site from the other.

BUT (the unasked question), I'd NEVER, EVER rely on Amtrak to be on time or use it the day of the cruise.

So true ,we go in the day prior  There is a hotel in between the train station and the cruise terminal.
