I'm trying to figure out if it's ALL cruises, or just those in North America...

In Polar, all cruises sailing in the US through 2021 are listed as AG (Approved Guests maybe?) and have "Not Available" for kids under 12. After 2021, the AG disappears and kids are available. However, the European sailings and the TA in 2021 also don't have the AG and also have kids showing as available. So, maybe just those sailings in North America? No definitive answer from Princes...
