ALWAYS CRUZIN Posted June 21, 2021 #1 Share Posted June 21, 2021 Any thoughts about it actually sailing after the test cruises have been cancelled by a Federal Judge ruled in favor of Florida's law suit against the CDC. The injunction starts July 18. So on July 18. There will be NO CDC orders that the cruises needs to abide to. However, till then it all remains as is. Then back to the table and we will see what comes of it. Considering MSC says no request for refunds or cruise credit till August 28th. What does MSC have up their sleeve? Maybe something, maybe nothing. Or just stalling? What do you think? Personally, I hope the ship sails on the 5th. Guess I am dreaming.

Royal Caribbean has already sailed a test cruise out of Florida. It would be prudent for cruise lines to continue with any plans for test cruises in case the Florida injunction gets overturned by a higher court and reinstates the mandatory nature of the CSO. kelleherdl Posted June 22, 2021 #3 Share Posted June 22, 2021 My understanding from fairly knowledgeable folks is that the MSC test cruises are proceeding, principally because I believe they are scheduled to be on one.
