Speciality Dining for guests of The Retreat

In Celebrity's FAQs (under the heading Luminae at The Retreat), it says:

 

Specialty Dining is included for guests of the following Suites:

·         Iconic Suite

·         Edge Villa

·         Reflection Suite

·         Penthouse Suite

·         Royal Suite

·         Signature Suite

 

I've never heard of this.  Does this mean passengers in a suite can go to the speciality dining rooms in addition to Luminae?

For these higher end suites, yes.  Not for lower level suites like Sky Suite and Celebrity Suite.

Yes my last cruise I was in a royal suite we could eat in any specialty or Luminae for no charge, next week we are in sky suite so we need to pay for specialty.

Agree with the above responses.

 

If it goes ahead (i.e. depending on PCR result) we are in a Royal suite on 17th July, which means we can go to Luminae or any of the specialty restaurants at no up-charge.

 

We have 2 sky-suites booked for next year, and for those we can go to Luminae but will have to pay extra for specialty dining (Murano, Tuscan, Sushi-on-5 etc).

Yes. Just note that any up charge items on the specialty dining menus are not included in that. (Ex: I think there were some higher priced steaks on the Tuscan Grille menu). Also, some specialty dining like Dinner on the Edge (the occasional dinners on the Magic Carpet) or the pop-up poolside grill dinners on M class ships are not included as those are considered by Celebrity to be “special events” not specialty dining.
