Embarkation appointments for VIFP (Platinum)

Those who are cruising now or recently returned,  did VIFP's get early appointments and separate processing?

Plats/Diamonds get a 48 hour head start on selecting arrival times

For now we do not receive separate seating or processing at the pier. As stated above we do however have online access to select our arrival time before it is opened to all guests.

Looks like Suite guest may get to select boarding time sooner as well.  We just upgraded our cabin and we went two days sooner to check in.  So does that mean we pick our boarding time then?
