Flights by Celebrity email?

So I've not dealt with Celebrity air before but I don't see an email address for them.  Anybody know it?  I am hard of hearing and their VOIP "phone" calls are practically unintelligible.

 

I told them I wanted round trip to my Asian cruise on business class.  They sent an email confirmation which showed flights, etc. but did not show class of seating.  A month later upon checking with the airline I discovered they booked business only on the way there and economy return.  I am disappointed but more importantly I want to fix this.

I found this information on Celebrity’s web site under “Contact us”:

Over 24 hours and no reply.  Disappointing.

That was my experience and never did receive a reply.

 

Another time I did  receive a reply but the reply was I had to call them as they could not make changes or give information without verification.
