So it ended sometime between 7-18 and 8-19. Oceania hasn't cruised for around 18 months or so by the time they start back up. So, really about a year or so since they last cruised.

Until the air was dropped from the platinum cruise deal (about 3 yrs ago), it was available to everyone. As aforementioned, DIY air folks couldn’t opt for an air credit (e.g., as SBC).
