While technically not an upgrade...4 days before departure on our 2020 EP Panama Canal cruise, we received an offer to downgrade to an inside cabin and received the price of our midship balcony back as onboard credit. It was too good of an offer to pass up. $2250pp in onboard credit made for a great trip.

I haven't seen that happen very often!

Cruise isn't until 12/9/21 so hoping for midship even side. Will ask tomorrow if i can be shifted for free
