Can a Roll Call Be Moved or Changed?

@CC Help Jenn and @Host Kat :

 

We have a very active roll call (15 pages long) for the Holland America "FEB 18 2023 35 DAY HAWAII, TAHITI & MARQUESAS" in Zuiderdam Roll calls.  Holland America is notifying booked passengers that the sailing is now being changed to the Koningsdam.  How do we get the entire roll call moved to Koningsdam roll calls?  There is a lot of very good information for us posted on the original roll call that we don't want to see getting lost.
