Does Millennium do Movies under the Stars when sailing in Alaska?

On the 8/20 Alaska cruise there were no outdoor movies.  The weather really wasn't conducive to outdoor activities on our sea days.

All of the Beyond the Podium talks were really good (especially Brent Nixon) and the stage shows were probably the best we've seen in recent years.  Two days they did matinees with prior evening guest entertainers that were excellent.

This is probably more than you wanted to know.😂

Yes!  Just got off today, and we went to see a couple of movies up on deck.  Sure, it was chilly, but we had plentiful flannel blankets.  Usually three movies per day were offered on the sea days.  Not sure about the other days.

By the way, we found it mildly hilarious that several of the movies involved people dying awful deaths in Alaska - Grizzly Man, Into the Wild, etc. 😃

We just did Alaska on Princess (wish it was celebrity but I really wanted Glacier Bay).  They did movies every night but even in mid august it was COLD at night and almost no one was out.  Pro tip - swipe a couple of the blankets to use while on your balcony.
