Princess Tender Time in Cabo

I have sailed to the Mexican Riviera twice on the Diamond Princess, but it has been many years ago.

The Majestic is due in port at 11:00 am. What time, if I don't book a Princess excursion, can I anticipate making it ashore?

I noticed that a Carnival ship is due in port at 10:00 am, but I'm not sure if that matters.

I appreciate your input as I plan our day!

If you are in a full suite or elite loyalty then you will have priority service. Then basically soon after you show up at the designated location. If not, a few hours. Also, tender occupancy could be reduced during the covid era. If you need to be one the first tenders out, show up well before 11am.

@skynight, Glad they still have this Elite benefit.  Now, how hard would it be to extend it to coming back to the ship?  No cost, plenty of good will.  Even if they just had a line for elites/suites...and let half a dozen board each shuttle.  Wow...what a thought!

Even with the Elite priority, it has taken us a long time in Cabo to get on a tender.  It's probably because of the high number of Elites on the Mexico cruises.

The last time I was in Cabo, which I think was 2019, on the Royal, the ship did not use its own tenders.  They used much larger ones, which may have been provided by the port, not exactly sure, but definitely not Princess tenders.  And did not have any problem catching one coming or going.
