We have a cruise booked and paid for on the 24th October from Miami. It doesn’t look optimistic that non US residents will be allowed access to the USA. Do RC still do lift and shift or can I cancel without penalty? Has anybody any advice they could share? TIA.

Since the sailing is unlikely to be cancelled, your main option is to cancel - due to the circumstances they should allow a full refund, though an FCC is the default (and an alternate price protected sailing is a long shot)

If you booked in Europe and are not allowed to travel you are eligable for a full refund due to EU law.

You are allowed access, just not directly from Ireland, UK, Schengen zone, at present.  Would require a full 14 day stay elsewhere before an entry attempt. But, not in South Africa, Brazil, China or Iran, either.

I realize that's outside the realm of possibility for most, but, just want to be clear that it IS an option.  I've read some folks are staying in the Caribbean nations or Mexico first.
