The floating bar is at Chill Beach.

 

Chill Beach was not extremely crowded (remembering that we had both the Allure and Freedom in port that day). And they are still setting up loungers for social distancing (groups of 2 and 4 chairs with one umbrella, spaced out - social distancing in the sun). 

 

South Beach is mostly reserved for the crew. Since most of the crew are not allowed off the ship except in Cococay, it gives a few the opportunity to get on dry land for a change. (Note: there are some vlogs posted showing some of the entertainers being allowed to take RCCL shore excursions, but most of the crew will tell you that they are still confined to the ship).
