How long after faxing to see shareholder credit?

I submitted mine via fax on October 14.  Not posted yet. I am going to give it till Thursday (2 weeks) and resubmit. I am wondering if emailing would be quicker.

I sent one on October 9th and it posted on October 20th. They told me one time that emailing is faster and easier for them to keep track of.

I emailed mine October 7th and caved on the 22nd and called them and had the credits applied to our cruises.
