I faxed the info on Thursday

I asked for an email confirmation

No email yet and I don't see the credit listed

What's t he usual turn around time?

I have the number to call but don't want to bother if a few days is normal waiting time

It has been very fast lately, mine showed up same day!

When I sent my last stock information last month via email I was surprised when it appeared in about 20 minutes.

I like the email as I can resend it if necessary.

I received mine within a few hours.  No form needed and email is much quicker.

And are you looking in Payments?  I only ask because I had no idea that's where it would show up.

FWIW, Princess is not always completely efficient in assigning the Shareholder Credit, though as others have said, when they get it right, it usually shows up very quickly, sometimes the same day. Earlier this year I submitted 3 requests, for trips in Feb 2022, October 2022 and Feb 2023. Two were immediately applied but the one for October 2022 was missed and is still not in our account. This thread reminds me that I have to re-apply for the credit.  Thanks ;o)

I've never received a shareholder credit confirmation e-mail from PCL.  I always checked my booking on the Payments & Credits page of my particular booking.  It always showed up there after a day or two.  I save every e-mail I get from Princess and I just checked and confirmed there are no shareholder credit confirmations in my e-mail.

Can someone please give me the email address?

I use this one: sbpcl@princesscruises.com

Here is the info they require:

Legal Name:
Booking #:
Ship:
Destination:
Sail Date:

Attach copy of latest statement showing that you own at least 100 shares of stock. REMOVE all account info other than your name.

Really funny!

I just spoke to the woman at corporate who handles this and she sai I just picked a day when they had 400 requests!!

Just my luck

Thanks for the info.  I emailed mine last Wednesday and still haven't received it.  It's supposed to be done in 7 days according to the form so I'll hold off until Wednesday before I call

I was told they won't apply it to sailings more than 90 days in advance. 🤷🏻‍♀️ So I waited to send the email in for two upcoming cruises until they each were under 90 days to sailing.  I'll check to see when it gets posted to my acct.

My cruise was seven months out when I submitted and was applied within a hour or so.

Interesting. It is likely I got a rep who didn't know that could be done.

I must have lucked out sending my email today, b/c it has posted already.  I wasn't expecting that.

Unfortunately you had another uninformed rep who provided bad information.

I’ve got it applied as far out as 2 years in advance & many other times long before 90 days. Years ago there was a 90 day limit but not since Princess began requiring payment for advanced tour reservations. Allowing us to apply long before a cruise provides SOBC to use for advanced tour reservations.

And just like that my shareholder benefit that was added has disappeared from one of the two bookings. 🤦🏻‍♀️   I will call them at some point to ask what is going on.  Hoping it will show back up on its own. LOL!

In doing so you distracted her from her job and slowed the process down.
