Royal Library

Since October 15th is getting close, I'm looking to see if the limited Royal Library(Cabinet) is open on the Freedom, Indie, Adventure, and Serenade.  Will bring loaded books, but we like to checkout the selection on the ships, too.

I read on FB there was no books in the library as they were using those areas for testing. But things have been changing since RCG make people test beforehand.

I vaguely recall walking by a library that had no books on the shelves on Mariner.

Books were gone on Serenade when I was on her in August.

On Symphony a few weeks ago and left my book in their "library".  There were maybe 15 books in there.

There were no books in the library on Allure.  I was not surprised.  I heard once that after a noro outbreak all books were burned.  I would not expect books at this time.

The library had a good selection and was open on the Adventure on the August 21 sailing.  I can't say what is there now, of course.

WOW! I was on the last sailing of the Allure before the global shutdown. It was the TA, so there was plenty of traffic in the library, and it was very well stocked! Makes no sense that they would have burned the books ... we'd been at sea for 12 days and didn't have an outbreak.
