What is Gus's email address?  I've tried googling it but haven't been able to locate it and we all know how horrible HAL's website is. Thanks.

I would guess it should be gantorcha@hollandamerica.com unless he has a middle initial.  I haven’t seen one.

Sounds like things worked out for you - thank goodness!

I understand how they didn't generate any revenue last year but that isn't our fault - we certainly want to cruise. We lost airfare on a booked vacation in 2020 which really torqued me off but what are you going to do?

Enjoy your cruise!

I hope it’s not cancelled. I am at the end of my American flights being moved three times in two years. I’m reaching the expiration date.

So, the resolutions specialist told me to have my TA call resolutions , and whe will discuss the options for me. I explained to her that there was only one resolution. Move the pricing in kind to the new booking. I then told my TA to call resolutions. As I was having lunch, I just got more upset. After lunch, when I heard nothing from my TA, I composed a letter to Gus Antorcha. Before I sent it,I thought, check email,  there was the new invoice for the new cruise with $0 due. So thankful I didn’t hit send.  Love cruise critic where we can all share our stories.

Wait until we send you the bill..

I don't understand. OP's letter indicated that the only cruise that was price protected was the 11/30/21 cruise. Everything else would be at the going rate. Did I miss something?

Letter said you had to move your cancelled cruise by 11/30/21. Transfer had to be done by this date.
