Dining hours in Luminae on Celebrity Edge

We are going on the Edge for the first time next month and have a SS in the Retreat.  Can someone tell me what the dining hours are for Breakfast, Lunch, but most importanlty for Dinner (from when to when)?  Thank you.

Breakfast: 7:30 - 9am
Lunch (some days) noon - 1:30p

Dinner: 5:30p - 9p

You can check hours of all dining venues in the app.  They have posted some of the menus, although not all yet. You can also see the wine lists.

For our 10/16  dinner hours show as 5:30 - 9 30

Are you fairly confident that the app is correct about the hours?  I am on the Apex TA scheduled to depart from Barcelona on October 10.  The app shows the MDRs opening at 6 PM and the other restaurants at 6:30 PM. Most of them close at 9 PM.  I am wondering if that is correct.
 Are the menus on the app usually accurate?

I just looked at our 10/1 Alaska cruise. Blu dining 5:30-9pm. From what I remember from cruises with Celebrity. Evening dining can start from any time between 5:30 to 6:30pm. Europe and South American cruises seem to dine later.

Cruises from/in Europe often have slightly later dining hours.  European dinner hours are later than. US  our first trip to Spain we headed to dinner at 6 only to find that all the restaurants that had been recommend to us didn’t open until 7:30 or 8.
