ginnyks Posted July 19, 2022 #26 Share Posted July 19, 2022 We have dealt with the NH agency for years then for some reason changed to a group out of FL that also has other vacation experiences. Covid has hit everyone/every organization hard! Our current travel advisor seems stressed out as she is working out of her home and tries to follow up within the day. ( Even at 8pm !) We have had a number of Covid related cancellations as did/do many others. Unfortunately we now have experienced snippy answers/comments from our once greatly appreciated & respected travel advisor. Her frustrations with RCL, other cruise lines...even her customers...have greatly changed her attitude when dealing customers. No wonder!
SarKatush Posted December 20, 2022 #27 Share Posted December 20, 2022 I think transferring away from the travel agent is possible, but you should ask royal about the conditions and details.

Contact issues are nothing compared to how we were conned. With the help of Celebrity, we got them removed and cruise line (Celebrity) took over, refunded the over charges, FCCs reinstated, all was made good by X. Welcome to Cruise Critic Tip: Be aware that you are answering a question asked over a year ago. A lot of time, bumping an old thread causes confusion since information in the thread is sometimes old/out of date. And... the OP probably resolved their issue by now.
