Hi there, I wonder if there is any kind person that could give me the recipe for a Marmalade Smash, which was our favourite cocktail in the Sunset Bar.

I should have asked the Bartender at the time.

I would like to replicate it at home.

We were on the 8th October Spain and Portugal or (Canary Islands) and had a fantastic time.

thank you in advance.

Gary

Being required does that mean they are forcing you to take those tours?

Try googling it or drink menus from the sunset bar.   From the menu you will find what is in it and then can google drinks that have those ingredients.

Many drinks are made the same but have different names.

EG. Rum punch,  Swizzle and etc are all the same

I think the top of this post is a cut and paste not meant to be part of the reply

According to the what's in the Celebrity App menu for Sunset Bar, the ingredients are:

Bulleit Bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, orange marmalade, ginger.

I was intrigued by the sound of this drink as I love orange but bourbon would not be to my taste.  Good luck, the tricky part will be trying to replicate the atmosphere 🙂

it is.

I have been having problems when I try to post on this forum.  It tells me to log in and I am logged in and I can’t post a reply.   So to help I save the post and try logging out and back in.  Sometimes that works most times it doesn’t.   Most times I have to clear the cache for Cruise Critic if I want to be able to post.

it is getting frustrating to make a post

Happy cruising 🌊🚢🌅🇺🇸
