sable1 Posted November 11, 2021 #1 Share Posted November 11, 2021 Is there an email address to send Shareholder statement for upcoming cruise? Last Carnival cruise was in 1978 on the Mardi Gras for our honeymoon. Thanks. Joanne

cellfree Posted November 11, 2021 #5 Share Posted November 11, 2021 I entered two emails addresses two weeks ago - "guestadmin@carnival.com" and "shareholders@carnival.com" and it worked but do not know which one responded.
DaCruiseBug Posted November 11, 2021 #6 Share Posted November 11, 2021 Good luck getting the OBC. Just sailed on the Mardi Gras and emailed them twice and never got the OBC.
chay Posted November 11, 2021 #7 Share Posted November 11, 2021 I emailed shareholders@carnival.com and received confirmation approval from guestadmin@carnival.com for our next 3 cruises.
Computer Nerd Posted November 11, 2021 #8 Share Posted November 11, 2021 It's interesting that it's been reported here many times that we are not supposed to email the request in but either mail or fax it. I've always faxed them.

MPH711 Posted November 11, 2021 #10 Share Posted November 11, 2021 I haven’t had any trouble emailing the info in. The last 2 times recently it took 8 days before seeing the OBC. If emailing you must email to the right place and give them everything they ask for which is: shareholders@carnival.com Please provide by email (1), fax or by mail your complete legal name, reservation/booking number, ship and sailing date, along with proof of ownership of Carnival Corporation or Carnival plc shares (for example, photocopy of shareholder proxy card, a dividend tax voucher or a current brokerage or nominee statement with your current mailing address and your brokerage account number blacked out) no later than 3 weeks prior to your sail date to your travel agent or to the cruise line you have selected below. (1) If you chose to email, you do so at your own risk and with the knowledge that email is inherently an insecure method of communication. See this: https://www.carnivalcorp.com/static-files/50351a91-4dc0-4f6b-bfec-684647e6129f I know some people are saying they are not getting the credit on reduced priced cruises…but I have been getting the credit. I think you just have to give them everything they ask for.
Brkintx Posted November 11, 2021 #11 Share Posted November 11, 2021 Count me amongst those who emailed the Shareholder@ email. And also amongst those who were told they no longer extend OBC for any cruise with a discount (such as my casino offer). YEMV

You know recently they pulled the email back and for security purposes will only accept it via fax or US mail... Here is the information: Carnival Cruise Line ATT: Guest Admin Supervisor Guest Admin, Mailstop MSM2-200 3655 NW 87 Avenue Miami, FL 33178-2428 Fax Number: 305 406-6102 After the reservation has been made, the shareholder must provide their name, reservation number, ship and sailing date, along with proof of ownership of Carnival Corporation or Carnival plc shares (for example: photocopy of shareholder proxy card, shares certificate, a dividend tax voucher or a current brokerage or nominee statement with the brokerage account number blacked out). The offer I took wasn't a casino offer but some other rock-bottom rate. I think it was "Limited-Time Offer".
purpleally Posted November 12, 2021 #14 Share Posted November 12, 2021 This is why I use a travel agent. I send to her and she takes care of it.
skiorcruise Posted November 13, 2021 #15 Share Posted November 13, 2021 Never had a problem either faxing or snail-mailing the docs they want. However, when the OBC did not show on the cruise documents about 2 weeks prior to sailing, I added my copies of the brokerage statement to my "cruise file" that I take with me. Never had to use it, but always nice to have the insurance with me.
