Do you recommend getting the booster shot prior to cruise?

In my humble opinion that would be the right thing to do.   Everyone that is eligible for vaccination should be required to be vaxed prior to their cruise.   May help tramp down the breakthroughs. 

 

I think it will also depend on how the islands change their Vac regulations.
