Hello everyone,

Anyone of MCS Seashore, will you be able to tell us if onboard MSC offering covid PCR test? Need to get done for my son before we can go on our back to back cruise.

If yes - how much cost & will you be able to add print outs of leaflets etc.

Thanks for your assistance.

We have the same issue but doing a side to side and need to get an Antigen test

We can do antigen for us, but problem is carnival has inserted term for unvaccinated guest above 2 year old, need pcr test n it has to be done before 24 hours of boarding. So getting test done on msc ship is our only option or lose money with carnival 😳

I am on Seashore right now and am b2b. I was told no cost but I am in Yacht club.

I did question why I even need to get one as I am already on.

Was told will get back to me, so I question the free test now.

We are not in yatch club, will you be able to ask if we can do RT PCR test on board & use negative report for further travel?

Appreciate your assistance.

Actually, testing is required and free for any B2B on MSC.  I think the OP was asking about the PCR test because they are doing a side B2B (MSC to Carnival), in which case they would have to pay for it.  As fro your specific question.  People who have done Seashore B3B already have said the test is mandatory.

Agreed, If I knew we will have so many issues probably would have not done b2b (already booked another b2b in april with NCL & RC 😐 - another mistake made months ago when no testing/vaccine protocols were in place)

Thanks again for all info

Thank you very much, we will be using RT PCR test for my son & antigen test for us to get on carnival ship.

If you need a test to return home, Carnival is not testing. You'll need to find another source.

I did read in other thread carnival are not providing testing option.

Hopefully they can take our 5 year old in child care though.

We have bought 3 binax now proctored kits - the day we reach miami (hopefully early morning) - we will do out tests in ship & than set for shopping before flying back to UK.
