Host Hattie Posted December 13, 2021 #1 Share Posted December 13, 2021 I can imagine it's been a difficult time with all the changes in testing and entry requirements but hopefully all that will be forgotten once you're onboard. Have a wonderful time and please report back if you get chance.
Rare ClipperinSFO Posted December 13, 2021 #2 Share Posted December 13, 2021 Thanks Hattie. You know we will. So excited to be back aboard the Queen.
bluemarble Posted December 13, 2021 #3 Share Posted December 13, 2021 Looks like a rather dreary afternoon in Southampton weather-wise as sunset approaches from the various webcam views I'm looking at now. But it's certainly a glorious day for QM2 as she resumes her transatlantic service. I'll be watching and will post any usable webcam images I see of either QE or QM2 even though it will be after dark when they depart.
exlondoner Posted December 13, 2021 #4 Share Posted December 13, 2021 I'm sure QE will give a respectful whistle or two as she passes.
Roland787 Posted December 13, 2021 #5 Share Posted December 13, 2021 Does anyone know why QM2 has not departed Ocean Terminal yet? We are booked to board her on the 22nd in Brooklyn and keeping our fingers crossed everything will go as planned with no last minute changes. Just heard on VTS radio that QM2 will be following the Quebec Express container ship which is just now underway from the container terminal.

IB2 Posted December 13, 2021 #13 Share Posted December 13, 2021 She’s just coming into view out of the window, all lit up. Great to see a transatlantic go by after the last two years.
