Ventura incident

It seems Ventura has not got very far tonight. 

Search and rescue has been deployed and I believe the ship has turned around? 

I hope every one is safe and its a false alarm or something...

The Gosport Lifeboat is right behind her.  Maybe somebody went overboard?

Chopper is hovering just above the ship.  Must be a passenger with a life threatening situation.

Chopper just left doing 30 knots.  Maybe we will hear from somebody what happened.  One of the ship boats is still in the water.

Not sure Jean, that wouldn't require Search and rescue would it? 

The helicopter may be helping in the search.

More inclined to think the chopper took someone off the ship to hospital.  Ventura is now steaming away at 14 knots.

Someone onboard had said it was a member of crew that needed to be evacuated.
