Sky Princess - Different elevators to get to Estrella and Cielo Restaurants?

Can you access the Cielo Restaurant using the Panoramic Elevators (to Deck 6) like you can the Estrella Restaurant?    From the deck plan, it looks like you have to use the aft elevators to get to Cielo.

You must use the aft elevators or aft stairs from deck 7

The only access to the Cielo DR is via the aft elevator or stairs from deck 7 and above. From decks 5 & 6 you must go up to deck 7 and walk aft to the elevators or stairs.

Yes, I do recall having to walk to the aft and use those elevators.  It was fine since the daily evening Platinum/Elite cocktail gathering was in the Vista Lounge on deck 7.  It was convenient to hang out there and then just head down for dinner.

Same thing on all the Grand Class ships. Aft restautant on deck 6 can only be accsesed by aft elevators.
