Royal UP confirmed but would like a department contact info?

Bid and did receive the lowest category (JS) had also bid on GS, GS with large balcony and GT (2 bedroom grand) - they all showed expired and JS confirmed - cannot check availability since not only shows closed but that is what Res agents say as well - wondering if anyone has ever once confirmed been able to re-bid for higher category (when I go to Royal Up only shows JS confirmed) -and how did you do it? or is there a Royal Updepartment to contact and ask.  Appreciate your help - Stay well and safe

No, Royal Up is run by an outside company, and they don't take customer calls. Everything is done through the online bidding process. The "rules" are you can only get one of the upgrades you bid on, and once it's confirmed your credit card is charged and the upgrade is nonrefundable.

Dallas is correct. You have ZERO recourse. It was kind of like a gable or a bet. You play the game, you get an outcome and it's over. No going back, no renegotiating.

Yes, we've had at least one report of someone winning a Royal Up, bidding again on a higher category and winning again. You have to wait for the system to process the first bid before it may show higher biddable categories. The chances of this happening are probably quite slim due to the usual late notice of the first win.
