Survey link already expired without notice of timeframe to complete

Today is 1/9/22. I got off my Odyssey sailing on 1/2/22. I received emails about completing the post cruise survey on 1/2/22, 1/4/22, and 1/6/22. I went to complete the survey today and received "We're sorry. The survey to which you were invited has expired.". 

 

Never once in any of the emails did it say I had to complete the questionnaire within a specific number of days. Unfortunate.

That happened to me while on a b2b cruise.  I did not do the first survey while on second cruise and found it was too late.  I can understand that they want to gather, analyze and use the the data promptly, but it would be nice if that third email said “last chance. “

Exactly. Or make it clear that you need to respond by a specific date.

These surveys always expire in 7 days.  And yes it is tough if you are on B2B.  Headwaiter told us that they actually read all the reports after 1 day to see who did well or needs more supervision.  Not sure I have ever gotten mine done in 1 day!
