Can you drop off your luggage before you park your car?

Yes in fact that is the flow of traffic - you will be guided to pull over and baggage handlers will assist in removing luggage. And then you can proceed to parking lot in the next building over. We have left from Cape Liberty a few times and our experience was that the luggage drop and parking was organized.

What do they charge for parking?

FYI, pre-covid with a large ship, there can be a wait in traffic before getting to the luggage drop-off so plan accordingly.

also a lot of folks show up between 10-11 so they can get good spots in the garage.  there is still decent available up until ship leaves, but it will be on upper levels.

And they an outside lot as well for when Navigator comes and Oasis as well.  But then Anthem leaves for UK.

When you park, be sure to bring the parking card with you. You pay before you get your car on return.
