Some of the already announced venues are on other ships, and there are lots still to be announced. When everything is announced I suspect you will be a lot less shocked.

I would expect a traditional buffet.  They exist on all ships.  NCL loves specialty dining and I predict all food hall venues will be specialty.  The few that have been released are specialty :  Cocos, Starbucks, Noodle, Q, etc
