San Juan Port

I thought I read that the port at San Juan is being worked on and ships are not docking there...is this correct?  One of our stops is San Juan next month so just curious if we will see an itinerary change.

They have been cancelling the port, but I was under the impression that was due to the testing requirement.

Not correct.  It’s covid protocols.   
And you may not find out about changes until the last day.   
4 days till we board explorer in PR. And still no itinerary change as there’s 3 ports that aren’t gonna happen.

Well it’s not really gonna be a surprise   
we-have an idea of what our ports will be just going by what they did the last few weeks.    
If we’re correct it’s going to be some awesome replacement ports.    
this cruise was a port filled cruise with no sea days.   So adding a sea day is actually awesome. Some time to rest Lolol.

Nassau is the one being worked on and there have been more weather-related cancellations there than COVID related ones.

Very interested as we'll be doing a B2B on Explorer March 20th.....So please post your experience.
